Skills such as Stagnation, Crash, and Spirit Shards are handy to extend Immobilize’s duration. On top of that, Cloud Step is perfect for when you need to back out and let your spell recover. The Jade Essence pairs perfectly with this build, since it ensures your mana is enough to use both of these spells.
It wouldn’t be a stretch to call the Hoarfrost transformation the most important component of this build, aside from Immobilize. Since this transformation lets you transform into a monk from the sea, you can launch attacks that inflict Frost Bane.
