Rossi Operator Overview

Rossi is a 6★ Physical (Sword) Element Guard Operator.

Rossi is an Operator who combines Vulnerability application with serious single-target DMG. Her defining trait is her ability to deal hybrid Arts and Physical DMG, and she is currently the only Operator capable of converting an enemy’s Arts infliction into Vulnerability. Her Ultimate serves as her optimal burst window and primary DMG timing.

Rossi Signature Weapon: Lupine Scarlet

Weapon: Sword | Weapon's Skill: Agility Crit Rate Fracture

Fracture: Gnashing Wolves：ATK +44.8%. After the wielder's skill deals Critical DMG, the wielder gains 1 stack of Wolven Blood that grants Physical and Heat DMG Dealt +2.8%. Wolven Blood can reach 16 stacks. After reaching 16 stacks, the wielder gains another Physical and Heat DMG Dealt +67.2% for 20s. After the duration ends, all Wolven Blood stacks are removed.

Rossi Abilities Introduce

The following is a summary of Rossi’s skills based on the official preview video, with some additional notes included (final in-game effects are subject to the official release version).

Basic Attack: Seething Wolfblood

Rossi can perform up to five consecutive Normal Attacks, dealing Physical DMG to enemies.

When executing an enemy with a finisher attack, she deals a large amount of Physical DMG and restores a certain amount of Skill Energy.

Battle Skill: Crimson Shadow

Dashes toward a target and attacks with sharp claws, dealing DMG and applying Lift. If the target is already Vulnerable, inflicts additional follow-up DMG and applies Razor Clawmark to the target, dealing continuous DMG over a period of time.

Combo skill: Moment of Blazing Shadow

CD: 15s

Can be activated when an enemy is affected by both Vulnerability and Arts infliction.

Rossi’s Combo Skill can be used twice in succession:

The first activation deals damage to the target.
The second activation consumes all Arts' infliction on the target, deals damage, and launches them into the air. It also increases Rossi’s CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG.

If the second Combo Skill is executed with precise timing, it will apply an additional stack of Vulnerability to the target.

Ultimate: "Razorclaw" Ambuscade

Flutters her cape and unleashes a flurry of stabs that deals multiple hits of DMG at the target within a short time. Finally, dashes toward the target. When the Ultimate lands a Critical Hit, it deals significantly increased Critical Damage.

Talent 1: Nicks and Scratches

After the second hit of her Battle Skill, Wolven Ambrage applies the Razor Clawmark status to the target for 30 seconds. This effect does not stack.

While Razor Clawmark is active, the target takes Physical DMG over time each second based on a percentage of Rossi’s ATK, and also suffers increased Physical and Heat DMG.

Talent 2: Seething Blood

When Rossi lands a Critical Hit on an enemy affected by Razor Clawmark, she triggers an additional instance of damage and restores a certain amount of HP. If the target is also under a Burning state, both the extra damage and healing effects are further enhanced.

Battle skill Crimson Shadow and combo skill Moment of Blazing Shadow improved: The DMG Multipliers of these skills are increased to 1.15 times of the original.Wolven Ambrage of the battle skill also returns 10 SP after hitting the enemy.

Potential 2: Gap to Perfection

Agility +20, Critical Rate +7%.

Potential 3 Artworks: Tangible Duties

Talent Seething Blood improved: When triggered, it grants Base DMG Multiplier +8% and restores HP +[Intellect × 0.04].

Potential 4: Innocent Wish

Ultimate "Razorclaw" Ambuscade improved: Ultimate Energy cost -15%.

Potential 5 Artworks: Legendary Destination

Ultimate "Razorclaw" Ambuscade improved: DMG Multiplier is increased to 1.1 times of the original; Critical DMG Dealt is increased by +30%.
