All new Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 3rd anniversary characters
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE’s 3rd anniversary is slated to bring three new characters to the game for players to acquire. These characters are Nayuta, Liberalio, and Chime. Every character is of SSR rank, and while Chime can be obtained for free, LootBar’s services are the best way to get the other two characters.
Not to mention, a handful of NIKKE characters will also be available in the Pilgrim Selective Recruitment. These characters include Modernia, Dorothy, and Red Hood. All five of these NIKKEs, aside from Chime, will be available in the temporary participation menu for those who want to try them out.
Nayuta
The first new character and the frontliner in this new update is Nayuta. Se is a support-class NIKKE who can enhance her and her allies’ attack power. She can also heal HP through Memory Absorption, ensuring that all of her allies can stay on the battlefield for a longer period of time.
Nayuta’s standout ability is her Burst Skill, which increases the attack power of allies while also dealing massive damage to multiple enemies. It wouldn’t be far-fetched to call this the perfect Burst Skill, since it has offensive and defensive capabilities. As for this Wind code NIKKE’s weapon, she uses the Nirvana SMG for her basic attacks.
Nayuta will be acquirable through her Special Recruit banner from October 30 to November 20, giving players a little over 21 days to get her.
Liberalio
The second new character featured in the third anniversary update is Liberalio. Being part of the Queen’s Elite force, Liberalio is an attacker whose skills’ effects change depending on the target she’s hitting. While unconfirmed so far, this may mean that the enemy’s type or total health determines how Liberalio’s skills work.
Liberalio’s burst skill is unique, since it increases her own attack power while also dealing high damage to multiple enemies. This establishes this character’s status as an attacker-class NIKKE. As for her weapon, she uses the Calm Horizon SR, which means she hits slow but hard.
Liberalio will be obtainable through her Special Recruit banner from November 6 to November 27, also giving players a little over 20 days to get her.
Chime
The last new character coming alongside the game’s third anniversary update is Chime. This character is a total support-type character with little to no offensive capabilities, at least when it comes to her skills. Speaking of skills, using them enhances the attack power of her king. It’s unknown how the king mechanic will work, but Chime will likely get the option to choose a teammate to be her king.
Chime’s burst skill doesn’t deal any damage to the enemy. However, it does drastically increase her king’s attack power, helping them deal more damage through their attacks, skills, and burst skills. As for her weapon, Chime uses the Chime Bell SMG, which is fittingly named after her.
Unlike the other two characters, Chime won’t be obtainable through a banner. Instead, players will get the chance to get her through the Fall story event.
All Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 3rd anniversary costumes
The best thing about these sorts of events is the number of awesome costumes that players can get for their favorite characters. The third anniversary will be no different, as players will be able to get four costumes. The first two limited-time costumes are the Retro Days costume for Red Hood and the Wu Wei costume for Nayuta, both of which are acquirable through the costume gacha. The Glorious Flower costume for Crown is obtainable through the Glorious Flower Pass, while the Beautiful Bubble costume for Little Mermaid is part of the November Battle Pass.

It wouldn’t be a Goddess of Victory: NIKKE celebration without a bunch of events for players to participate in. This time around, there are four key events that players can take part in to earn various in-game goodies.
Goddess Fall
This is the highlight event of the anniversary, as it features Nayuta, the frontrunner character of this update. Being a fully voiced event, its story sees the Queen finally descend upon Eden, letting players explore the new map and participate in various activities. This event helps players get Gems, development materials, and unexpected Lost Relics, which can be exchanged in the Event Shop. This event runs from October 30 to November 20.
REBUILD: EDEN
While not exactly an event, this limited-time minigame is available from October 30 to November 20. Participate in it to play a management simulation mini game, where players manage all sorts of different resources to help a destroyed Eden recover.
3rd Anniversary Event
There are two login events for players who actively play the game. The first is the Anniversary event, where players can get SSR Chime, 10 Advanced Recruit Vouchers, 10 Selective Recruitment Exclusive Vouchers, and the 3rd Present. There’s also the 14-day login event, where you can log in every day for 14 consecutive days to get the 3rd Anniversary Nikke Selection Box. Open the box to choose between Snow White: Innocent Days, Rapunzel: Pure Grace, and Chime. Other rewards include Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials. Both of these events will run from October 30 to November 20.
